What we acquire
Single-family homes and neighborhoods.
- ―Land for residential development. Entitled or pre-entitled parcels suitable for single-family subdivisions and neighborhoods, principally in and around Mobile, Alabama and Central New Jersey / Eastern Pennsylvania.
- ―Build-to-rent / SFR portfolios. Stabilized or value-add scattered-site or contiguous single-family rental portfolios.
- ―Off-market individual homes. Off-market single-family homes that fit the platform's acquisition criteria, including distressed, probate, and bulk pools.
- ―Joint ventures. Co-development or recapitalization opportunities with experienced sponsors and landowners in our target markets.
How the process works
- Submit the broker intake form below with the basics — asset type, location, size, asking price, and any deal materials you have.
- Our acquisitions team at M Companies reviews submissions and responds to qualified opportunities, typically within five business days.
- If there is fit, we move quickly — proof of funds, written LOI, and a clear path to close. Confidentiality is respected throughout.
Broker compensation
We respect the work it takes to source a deal. Procuring brokers are compensated under a separately executed representation or commission agreement at closing, on terms agreed to in writing prior to LOI. We do not solicit listings that are already represented.
